Birth and Postpartum Support
A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to their client before, during, and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. (DONA)
**Baby not included (until you have one), no newborns will be held upside down.
The Postpartum Doula
Providing postpartum support to growing families in Hays County, Texas.
$45/hr
Day Time Support
3-8 hour shifts
During a daytime shift, I provide emotional and physical support to mom, help with newborn care, lactation support, and more! My goal is to provide a safe space for parents to navigate the newborn phase and process the birthing experience.
Night Time Support
8-10 hr shifts
During the night shift I help provide a much needed break for parents. I help support infant feeding (breastfeeding or formula), pumping, clean bottles, change diapers, and help soothe baby back to sleep.
Lactation Support
I can help provide basic lactation support, including lactation education, help with latch, resource sharing, and referrals for more complex cases.
